🌏 About this community
This community is for international students, global professionals, and anyone interested in building a career in Japan, Japanese workplace culture, and cross-cultural collaboration.
At eunoia partners, we design and facilitate learning and development programs for Japanese companies, including cross-cultural learning and global talent development.
Through this work, we have felt the need to create a friendly space where people who want to work in Japan, or who are already working here, can learn about Japanese workplace culture and communication, share their experiences, and connect with others.

💬 Why this community?
Working in Japan can feel confusing at first. Some people may also have negative impressions of Japanese companies or Japanese work culture based on what they have seen online.
In this community, we hope to create opportunities to understand the background behind Japanese communication styles and workplace culture, and to think together about how people from different cultural backgrounds can work and grow together in Japan.

・Workshops with Japanese companies
