Polymaths are individuals with expertise in multiple domains. To explore
current day polymaths, we will interview Dr. Angela Cotellessa. The
interview will be conducted in two segments each followed by Q&A and a
group breakout.

Dr. Cotellessa's YouTube channel has further material about the subject:

Segment 1: The Development of Polymaths

How does a person become a polymath? Are there sufficient and/or necessary conditions for becoming a polymath?

Breakout questions for participants: What aspects in the development of a polymath do you see as easiest in your practice? What aspects would be most challenging for you? How might you address these difficulties? What did you think of Angela's insights?

Segment 2: The Experience of Polymaths

What are the benefits and challenges in being a polymath?

Breakout questions for participants: What advantages of being a polymath are most alluring for you? What challenges of being a polymath are most difficult for you? What did you think of Angela's insights?

After the second breakout, we will come back together in the large group and every attendee will have the opportunity of giving their reflections and takeaways for 2-3 minutes. Then we will wrap up.
