Art as a Healing Agent with Dr Rick Lippin @ Comprehensivist Wednesdays

The healing powers of the Arts have been known since antiquity. Post WWII in America saw the establishment of creative arts therapies including Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Dance Therapy and Poetry Therapy which are widely used in Medicine today. Among the drivers to their increased application are advances in neuroscience, energy medicine (the Arts are energy) and a trend in medicine to reduce the excessive use of pharmaceuticals in healthcare

Dr Lippin - a global leader in Arts-Medicine since 1985- will discuss these therapies
