Totally Rad Trivia Night at French Broad River Brewery — Biltmore Village

Trivia, pizza, and the friendliest taproom in Biltmore Village.

Robert's Totally Rad Trivia runs every Tuesday at French Broad River Brewery, and we're claiming a few tables for the Third Place crew. No studying required — you'd be amazed how much a group of strangers collectively knows. Whoever shows up is the team.

French Broad has been brewing in Asheville since 2000, they have an attached pizza kitchen, and the taproom is one of those unpretentious rooms where it's easy to talk to people.

The Plan:

• 6:00 PM — Meet in the taproom at French Broad River Brewery (101 Fairview Rd). Look for the Third Place AVL group — the brewery says to get there early to grab a table, so we'll claim a cluster before trivia fills the room.

• 6:15 PM — Order a beer (or a Devil's Foot soda) and some pizza from French Broad River Pizza. Introductions, low stakes.

• 7:00 PM — Robert's Totally Rad Trivia kicks off. We'll split into teams and play through 9:00 PM.

What to Know:

• Trivia is free — no cover, no buy-in. Everyone pays for their own food and drinks.

• Pizza is served on-site from French Broad River Pizza, open the same hours as the taproom. Come hungry.

• Beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic options from Devil's Foot Beverage Co. are all on offer — no pressure to drink.

• Two free on-site parking lots, so you're not hunting for street parking.

• Dogs are welcome. Heads up: the brewery notes that Tuesday trivia contains adult themes, so it's not the best night to bring kids.

• The venue is at the edge of Biltmore Village, about 10 minutes from downtown.

Why This Event:

Trivia is one of the easiest ways to meet people — your hands are busy, there's something to laugh about every round, and nobody remembers who won. You'll have a team within ten minutes. New to Asheville or been here a while, come say hi.
