Boulder Institutions: the Corner Bar Boulderado

How'd it get to be August, already? And it's going to be hot as time "marches" on. So ... we eat, drink & be merry.

The Corner Bar, a Boulder Institution located in the Hotel Boulderado, and on the corner just above and to the south of the entrance to License No. 1 (the old Catacombs Bar). The Corner Bar has been a long-time gathering place for those new to, and those a long time in Boulder. The night might be cool, made more so by a visit to a Boulder favorite. If we want, maybe we can sit in the lobby of the Boulderado, take a walking tour of the hotels holiday decorations, meander thru License No 1 or check out what's happening at Spruce.

As for the future, who really knows. There are options, though still a very few Happy Hours. And, just to put this out there (again), I pay for this Meetup group, and though we've had sponsors who helped pay to support this group, those days are currently gone. If you know of a business or individual who'd like to help cover some or all of the costs, send them to me, otherwise, I'm asking folks to pitch in to help cover the costs.
