Friday 13th November : arrive to Thessaloniki. Try catch a morning flight and meet-up at the hotel! Explore the city centre, enjoy a long lasting coffee the greek way by the seafront and dinner in the food haven of Ladadika area, indulging in local specialties and a live band with bouzouki, a vibrant experience evolving as the night goes by, blending with the locals.

Saturday, 14th November: A walk around the historical city centre with Eleni 'as a local' to explore its UNESCO world heritage sites and exclusive flavours, sampling sweet and savoury culinary experiences in hidden gems as we go and the new hot spot of the city, the Modiano market. Also admiring the diverse architecture of the city, a fine blend of Ancient, Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman civilisations, catching up with some of their well hidden secrets and legends.

How about a mini cruise with the Pirates bar boat right by the White Tower?

You may also visit the important Archaeological, Byzantine & Jewish Museums, the upper town walls, see inside the White Tower as well as other UNESCO World Heritage sights.

Sunday, 15th November : An optional day trip to the scenic mountainous countryside and traditional picturesque villages. for stunning nature and local delicacies and herbal teas! In case you think Greece is all about beaches, it's not!

Monday, 16th November : Make the most of the morning with some Bougatsa and a coffee by the sea before the departure flight.

You may wish to fly back to London with the Sunday evening flight or stay longer and enjoy further, appropriate arrangements can be made for you.
