Barriers to growth; where are yours and how do you address them?

Details
In May, we'll take a holistic look at barriers to growth, exploring factors that may be unique to your operation or are encountered at a regional level.
-
Space; do you have what you need, was it hard to find, are you concerned about getting hold of more?
-
Money; have you needed to raise finance, will you need to raise more, soon, does a need for investment slow you down?
-
People; can you get the staff you need, can you keep them, do you need to train up the people you take on?
-
Management; do you have the skills needed to manage more people, do you have people who can step up into management, is there a training or experience gap when it comes to leadership?
-
Sales; are customers your limiting growth factor, how do you find customers, do they come easily?
-
Delivery; do you struggle to keep up with sales, can you scale what you do (make / provide)?
-
Infrastructure; are there things you need from the wider community in order to grow, would these things be more readily available elsewhere?
By attending you can pool and explore specific issues that you face within your own operation or industry domain, drawing on the shared experiences of others.
Please note the location of Bristol and Bath Science Park. There's plenty of free guest parking and Andrew can offer a car share from/to central Bristol - just ask.
This is a return to the topic, and a chance for those who couldn't make it in December.
With thanks,
Peter, Andrew and Rory
