Aspen Loop+ (Mogollon Rim)

Small adventurous group this past weekend inspired me to go on a bit of a posting spree. Road trip to beauty & temps in the 70's. Same mileage as the past 2 outings @9.5 miles. This one has less AEG @1,200. Will agree on restaurant afterward.

Added an out & back section to the bottom of the loop which is where bout 2/3rd of the AEG comes from. Other than that mile, the rest of the hike will be chill. This is a remote area. Downed trees are part of the norm. Wildlife sightings just as likely as people through lush green vegetation.

Bit of a drive with some off pavement although nothing challenging.
Carpool: 14845 E Shea Blvd in FH. Turn off Shea at Fry's sign but park near smaller businesses before reaching front of Fry's.
