Hike: Piccacho Peak.

If you are looking for an easy hike, this ain't it. But it sure is a fun one!

This hike will start at the Piccacho Peak trailhead at the Piccacho State park in Piccacho AZ. We will proceed up the trail to the top, hang out for a bit and then return to the trailhead along the same route.

Hike distance: Approximately 4 mi.
Accumulated elevation approximately 4500'
Expected hiking time approximately 4hrs.
Drive time to trailhead from Gold Canyon approximately 1.5 hrs each way.

Lets carpool from the Gold Canyon Basha's right next to Jack in the box to leave by 0500 am.
It will cost $20 per car load of 4 to enter the park.

Bring: Water and nutrients sufficient to sustain you for 4+ hrs of strenuous outdoor activity.
Your preferred means of protection from the terrain and the elements.
