Bull Basin Loop NW of Flag

After a fabulous weekend, I've decided to move forward with a rare back to back posting. Will be dedicating the entire day to this one for a memorable adventure. Expect amazing scenery, views, solitude plus challenge.

The last two Summers I've gone up here on different trails. Which one should I post? Both combined! There is a connector trail which makes this possible. RF is a factor so getting off trail along the route is likely. Next will be Pumpkin Trail. Here is where views will really open up.

Finally will be the push up the switchbacks to the peak which has a tower with a fantastic look at Humphries and much more. Bull Basin back. 10 miles each way off pavement. Group will decide on a well deserved restaurant afterward.

Our high should be about 80 while PHX cooks at 115.
Final note: The return time is a well educated estimate. I have a solid past with these time frames. This outing does have more variables than normal so it could vary an hour in either direction.
