What We’re About:

This group is for you if you are a woman aged 50 or older who wants to thrive in your Second Act. You have a clear purpose to work toward daily and you want to live your life with as much energy and as few health limitations as possible.

Maybe you currently have one or two health areas you need help with or maybe you have many. Everyone will be on their own personal health/life journey. YOU decide what wellness goals are most important to you. YOU decide what healthy looks like to you.

Working together in a group environment allows everyone the ability to learn from one another while being supported. We will focus on many wellness areas including: nutrition, self-care, movement, brain health, positive thinking, stress reduction, and so much more.

This group is for you IF:

You are a woman aged 50 or older

You have a growth mindset and are a continuous learner

You want to live independently in your home for as long as you can

You have more life to live and want to do it with as much energy as possible

You believe support from a community environment will help make your journey more enjoyable

You want to thrive, not just survive in your Second Act

You want to age more gracefully

You want to be excited to get out of the bed every day, not dread it

You have more things to accomplish in your life and you need your health supported to do so

You are open to a holistic approach to wellness

You have been taking care of others your whole life and are NOW ready to turn your attention to yourself

You might cringe a little when someone calls you a senior 😊

(Please reach out if you have any questions about whether this group may be a good fit for you. Meeting in person is the goal for this group, but meeting on a Zoom call may also be an option.)
