Let’s meet for an in-person meditation. Jan has graciously offered to lead the mediation in her Fair Oaks office. There is limited space in Jan’s office so this event will be limited to 20 people who come in person.
Please bring a stool/chair to sit on if you have one.
(I will also offer you the option of joining us via Zoom...DM me and I will send you a special Zoom link if you want to come.)
