This group is for you if:

*You are a "working mom" who would like to feel healthier and more energized, but you have NO idea how (or where) to begin, because you're just so completely consumed with juggling all the things each day (work, parenting, cooking), and you can't picture how you would even stretch yourself further to fit "self-care" into your day. Funny (but not funny)....can you relate?

*The thought of prioritizing your wellness is actually exhausting! You know that sounds ridiculous, but trying to figure out how to care for yourself better....well, you just don't have the bandwidth for that right now, maybe another time ;). Let's be real...I know these thoughts cross your mind more often than you'd like to admit!
