“As the guest curator for “Better Together”, I wanted to bring in artists from all stages of theircareers and highlight the styles they are developing. I gave each artist license to take their own
path and craft their work to the theme of “Better Together”.
As an artist, I know how vital it is for me to see my work next to other artists I admire or see as being more successful in their
artistic practice. “Better Together” is not simply a theme to me, but something I want each artist to embody. To see themselves in another light and on another level. To see that they are capable of getting to the next level with determination and networking, creating community with other artists, learning from each other and becoming, “Better Together”. “ - Lourans Mikhail
