Join us for a fun-filled day trip to Port Dover featuring lively theatre, famous fish and chips, and a sweet treat to top it all off. We'll be seeing The Beaver Club, a heartwarming comedy about a cross-country trip.

The Day Trip:
- We begin with a delicious lunch at the Erie Beach Hotel, where you’ll enjoy their famous Pickerel and Chips—always a crowd favourite.
- At 2 p.m., it’s showtime at the Lighthouse Theatre for The Beaver Club, a hilarious and heartfelt comedy about four lifelong friends on an unforgettable road trip from Toronto to Dildo, Newfoundland.
- Plot: What starts as a spontaneous getaway quickly turns into a wild journey filled with laughter, secrets, and outrageous adventures. Along the way, old memories resurface, new ones are made, and their bond is tested in the most entertaining ways. It’s a spirited celebration of friendship, life, and embracing every moment—no matter how unpredictable.
- On the way home, you'll stop at Hewitt’s Dairy, where you can enjoy an ice cream cone (on your own) and end the day on a sweet note.

Pickup is 9:30 a.m. on the east side of Yonge Street, just north of York Mills Road. Arrive at 9:10 a.m. MAP - Islington Subway Station (Etobicoke)
Pickup is at 10:15 a.m. on the east side of Islington Avenue, just north of Bloor Street, at the street-level entrance to the subway station (northeast corner of Bloor & Islington). Arrive at 9:55 a.m. MAP

Belinda Sutton, of Thumbs Up Theatre Toronto, is simply coordinating bookings and collecting payments on behalf of members. While Belinda loves putting these outings together for the group, she is NOT responsible for the actual transportation, tour services, or any meals provided during the trip. Mary Morton Tours and Attridge Transportation are fully licensed and insured to provide these trips, and any meals included are provided by third-party venues.
