Today's lineup features a 1920s-inspired musical comedy from a past Best of Fringe winner, a hilarious satire of Fringe culture itself, and a thought-provoking new Canadian drama exploring belonging, community and whose stories deserve to be heard.

We'll visit three different venues while enjoying a day of comedy, music and theatre.

Comedy

• Created by writer/director Matt McCready and performed by a cast of experienced Toronto comedy and improv performers, making it one of the strongest ensemble comedy offerings at the festival.
• A loving satire of Fringe culture itself, promising to skewer every type of show you've seen, will see, and hope never to see at a Fringe festival.
• Especially appealing to seasoned Fringe-goers, combining insider theatre humour with a fast-paced sketch revue format.

The Remainders
Drama

• A thoughtful new Canadian play that explores timely issues of belonging, homelessness, immigration, censorship and whose stories are considered worthy of being heard.
• Set in a public library—one of the few truly free community spaces left—using a uniquely Toronto setting to examine larger social questions with humour and compassion.
• Features a strong ensemble cast and an original script by Rebecca Becket Grace that promises both emotional depth and meaningful conversation long after the show ends.
