What: Weekly Meditation with Stephanie
When: Wednesday Evenings
Where: Zoom - Online Platform
Time: 7:15 pm - 8:00 pm CST
Format:
- 10 minute self check in & "landing"
- Allowing yourself to let go of your busy every day life and into a meditative space
- 20-30 minute formal guided meditation
- 5-10 minute mindful reflection
- Come back together as a group to talk (without judgement). Take a moment to notice what came up during the meditation. No need to be embarrassed or shy, someone most likely had the same experience and can learn from you!
This weekly 45 minute meditation class is donation based! Adding meditation to your weekly schedule is essential to your mental and emotional health. Allow yourself to drop your to-do list and become present in your life.
Wednesday evenings 7:15 CST - 8:00 CST.
