Light hiking overall, but some longer treks at 3500–4200m altitude.
Suitable for ages 6–65 with good physical condition.

Chengdu arrival → Kangding

• ✈️ Arrive before 12pm at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

Day 2
Kangding → Tagong Grassland → Moshi Park → Daofu

• Hotel: 4★ hotel in Daofu
• Breakfast + Welcome Dinner
• 200km | ~4.5h

Day 3
Daofu → Yuke Grassland → Daofu

• Tibetan black yak hair tent visit
• Grassland afternoon tea
• Hotel: Boutique hotel
• 100km | ~2.5h

Day 4
Daofu → Muru Township → Xinlong

• Tibetan residence visit & local lunch
• Bon Monastery & hidden village
• Hotel: 4★ hotel
• 200km | ~4.5h

Day 5
Xinlong → Litang

• Cuoka Lake, Litang Ancient Street
• Hotel: Hot spring hotel
• 250km | ~2h 40min

Day 6
Litang → Yading (Half-day hike)

• Chonggu Monastery & Pearl Lake

Yading Full Day Hiking
