TimeoutWithTae is a community for women who give a lot—to their families, careers, and responsibilities—and are ready to be intentional about caring for themselves without guilt.
This group creates space for real connection, rest, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Through in-person meetups and shared experiences, we focus on slowing down, nurturing mental and emotional well-being, and reconnecting with who you are beyond what you do for others.
