It's a space where all ages and all walks of life enjoy encounters of connection, through beautiful music, creativity, and a dialogue of reciprocal expression in the language of tango. Tina Marie:
Tina Marie brings authentic Argentine tango traditions and cultural practices to the classroom with a passionate and patient teaching style. Her approach is holistic and open minded and draws from years of study and experiences with many tango masters in Buenos Aires. Her classically trained background, allows her to solidify movement knowledge and musicality in her students. She believes that by teaching the importance of the singular tango body, with body awareness, balance, and control over movement, the art of partnering develops into a heightened expression of tango in the dual tango body.

BEYOND THE BASICS - Intermediate Level
Thursday 8 - 9:30
This is an intermediate level class that will present a new focus each month. Students enrolling should have a tango foundation. Know the basics, and have working knowledge of both parallel and cross system movement and basic concepts involving giros. (tango turns) If you've been dancing a while and are accustomed to attending Practicas, Milongas, and dancing with various partners, we hope you join this class!Enrollment:
We will accept registration for classes until the class is full. No drop-ins.
To enroll, send text Intermediate RSVP to Tina at 678-469-5005 and wait for registration response. After which, your enrollment can be finalized with payment to hold your spot.Cost:
Classes are purchased in sets of 4. Sets have a 6-week expiration, so don't worry if miss a class.
$70 per person for 4 classes. Couples can make one payment of $140.
Payment can be made by Venmo, or Zelle.

ARGENTINE TANGO - BASICS & FUNDAMENTALS - Level 2
The Sunday 6:15 - 7:30 class is suited for the advanced-beginner tango student. We cover all the basics of tango with emphasis on lead and follow, connection, posture, embrace, while learning fun and creative moves that will make your partner smile. Cultural aspects are also taught to help dancers feel comfortable, and "in the know" as they begin to attend social tango events/socials (Milongas) among the local Atlanta tango community or elsewhere.As long as we have space in the class, and if you have had a little experience with learning Argentine tango in the past, you can register and begin anytime. Please inquire if you are not sure of your level and let us know if you need an entry-level-beginners tango course. In addition, we teach private lessons to move you quickly to the level needed, so reach out if you want to dance Tango with us!! 678-469-5005
