• Review list of requirements and status of tasks in progress
• Build plan and cajole volunteers for open tasks

Goal: TM is pushing the limits of the current IT infrastructure configuration and we recognize the need to improve the reliability as well as ease the care and feeding. We plan to implement sound best practices leveraging the experience and expertise of members interested in helping out.

I've set this as reoccurring but the final goal is to eliminate the need for this meeting.
