@EVERYONE VERY IMPORTANT! MONDAY 27TH!

LEGISLATIVE PROCESS IS ALWAYS super last minute but would you have time and want to testify in support of a bill that legalizes "Moveable Dwelling Units" in Washington state. THE BILL would essentially enable people to use TINY HOMES LEGALLY EVERYWHERE AS AN DADU that have utility connections and Tiny Houses as accessory dwelling units inside the urban growth boundary.

It's being debated in the house tomorrow MONDAY and in the senate on wednesday JAN 29TH.

Both hearings would be great if you have time, but if you had to choose only one, Monday would be better. They usually give people two minutes to testify. Select “no” for being on a panel. You’ll get an email confirmation with the Zoom link, and then a reminder an hour before the hearing starts. Our bill isn’t first up in either hearing so your time to testify will likely be 20 to 40 minutes in, but it’s hard to predict. Before you get called up, they will elevate you to “presenter” in the Zoom meeting.
