EVENT OVERVIEW
This trip is for both those who own a kayak and those who will want to rent a kayak.
We will all have to drive individually—or carpool--to Mick’s Canoe and Kayak Rental and meet there no later than 10:00 am.
We, and our kayaks, will be transported by Mick’s to a starting point on the river. We’ll kayak downriver for three hours Evan’s Bridge. From the landing point at Evan’s Bridge we, and our kayaks, will be transported back to Mick’s rental place.
There is a picnic area at Mick’s, so we will all be able to eat our picnic lunches at around 1:30 before heading back home.
KAYAK RENTAL AND TRANSPORT DETAILS
For those who need to rent a kayak, the rental costs and transportation are:
Single Kayak: $57.00 + tax
Double Kayak $80.00 + tax
For those who have their own kayaks, the cost of transportation is $37.00
Please note that kayaks and transportation have to be reserved a few days ahead of the event date. Those who have their own kayaks will also need to reserve transportation.
