• 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM - 日本語の時間［または英語の時間］
• 5:45 PM - 6:30 - 英語の時間［または日本語の時間］

イベント内容
・参加者のレベルに応じて、事前にオーガナイザーが3〜4名のグループをつくり、そのメンバーで各45分間、それぞれ英語と日本語でセッションを行なっていただきます。決まったトピックはございませんので、気軽にフリートークをしながら楽しんでいただければと思います。
・体調が優れない方、あるいはここ数日中に体調が優れない人との接触があった方は、申し訳ありませんが参加をお控え願います。

開催場所：Atrium フードコート
地下鉄Dundas駅と直結していますが、多少分かりにくいため、特に初めて参加される方は次の方法で来れることをおすすめします。

1. Dundas駅から地上に出ていただき、Dunsas Streetを西にまっすぐ3分ほど歩いていただきます。
2. Bay Streetとの交差点北東角にある階段を降りてください。
3. 階段を降りた場所にある入り口から入ったところがフードコートですので、そちらでTJEXのサインボードを持ったオーガナイザーにお声がけください。(わからなければメッセージをお願いします！)

予約規約（⚠️重要）
・当日の不参加、15分以上の遅刻(5:15PM以降)、途中退出(6：15PM以前)、また予約取消締切後の変更(13:00以降)は原則不参加(No-Show)とみなします。不参加(No-show)が3回になりますと会員登録が抹消され、退会となりますのでご注意ください。
・イベントに遅れそうな場合は必ず当日担当のオーガナイザーまでメッセージをお願いします。連絡なしで到着された場合はイベントに参加できない可能性もあります。原則、30分以上遅れての参加はご遠慮いただいておりますことをご了承ください。

キャンセル待ち
・満席の場合、”キャンセル待ち”リスト(waiting-list)にご登録いただくことが可能です。“参加予定”リスト（going-list)中に空席が発生した場合は、”キャンセル待ち”への登録が早かった方から自動的に、”参加予定”リストに変更されます。

※ご注意※
・”キャンセル待ち”より”参加予定”へ変更された際にMeetupのアプリから通知、お知らせがあるかはわかりません。
・システムにより自動的に”参加予定”とされ、それに気づかずに参加しなかった場合でも、不参加とみなされますのでご了承ください。
・上記の理由により、確実に参加できる場合のみ”キャンセル待ち”への登録をお願いします。予定が入ってしまった場合は、”キャンセル待ち”にいる場合も必ずイベント当日の午後1時までに予め”不参加”リストに移動させてください。

Event Description

• We resumed our in-person language exchange! Members are placed into groups of three or four based on their language level. Each 45 minute session consists of friendly casual conversation, and/or informal study.

Event Location: Atrium Food Court

• The food court is directly connected to the Dundas subway station, although it is a bit difficult to find. Especially for those who will join our event for the first time, we recommend the following directions,

1. Leave the subway station and walk west for about three minutes along Dundas Street.
2. At the intersection of Bay Street and Dundas Street, you will find an entrance. Proceed down the escalator.
3. The food court is on the basement floor. Please talk to the organizer with the signboard showing TJEX. (If you can’t find them, please send a message to the organizer.)

⚠️RSVP & Late Policy

• Failure to show, arriving after 5:15 PM (15 minutes late), leaving before 6:15 PM, and cancelling after 1:00 PM on the day of the event all constitute a "no-show". Members are removed from the group after their third no-show.
• If you are running late, please ensure you send a message to the organizer so we can keep a spot open for you. We will rearrange the groups for members who show up on time. If you show up late without letting us know, we will no longer allow you to join so please be mindful of the time.

Waiting List:
Members can join the waiting list if an event is full. In case a spot becomes available, it will be automatically assigned to a member on the waitlist on a first-come first-serve basis.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:
Members from the “Waiting” list are moved automatically to the “Going” list by the system when a spot opens up. You may or may not get a notification from Meetup when this happens. So only sign up on the “Waiting list” for an event if you are sure you can come for it. If the system automatically puts you on the “Going” list and you don't show up to the event, you will receive a strike.

I am planning a trip Sunderland's Maple Syrup Festival. Sunderland is about an hour and a half drive from Toronto.
みなさん、こんにちは。４月2日に、トロントから車で１時間半ほどにある、「Sunderland」という場所へメープルシロップファームツアーを行いたいと考えています。

THIS EVENT IS NOT FULL, YOU NEED TO RSVP to the WAITING LIST FIRST!

We are limited by the number of cars going. So far we have 3 cars going and room for 13 people.
現在、このイベントは移動できる車が限られている為、車3台、定員は13名をさせていただきます。

We will be splitting the cost of gasoline. I estimate $10.00-$12.00 per person. Driver's will be reimbursed for fuel.
車代として、一人$10－12を予定しております。車をお持ちの方はガソリン代がでますので、ご心配なさらず。

*** We will be meeting at one of Kipling, Kennedy stations and Finch station at the passenger Pick Up area area at 8:30 am for Kipling and Kennedy and 9:00 am at Finch station. The drivers at Kennedy and Kipling stations will then be driving to Finch station and everyone will be leaving from Finch station. The passenger Pick Up building is a round building with glass walls.***
***当日はキプリング駅又はケネディ駅から送迎車に乗る方は午前８時半、フィンチ駅の方は午前９時に、パッセンジャーピックアップエリア（ガラスで覆われた建物）で待ち合わせを予定しております。キプリング駅又はケネディ駅の送迎車がフィンチ駅で合流後、全車で目的地に向かいます。

9:00: Meet at Finch Station フィンチ駅にて待ち合わせ
10:30 Arrive in Sunderland Sunderlandに到着
10:30-11:30 Have Pancakes パンケーキを頂く
11:30-12:30 Maple Syrup Farm Tour ($5.00 extra cost)
メープルシロップツアー （＄5の追加料金がかかります。）

12:30-15:30 Free Time (Alpaca Tours, Browsing Festival, Watching various events, Visiting Arena with Animals)
自由時間
15:30 Leave event ファーム出発、フィンチへ戻る
16:15 Break at McDonald's in Newmarket
途中休憩、 ニューマーケットのマクドナルドにて休憩
17:30 Return to Finch Station (Some members may want to go out for dinner)
フィンチ駅へ戻る（夕食希望者がいればイベント終了後にいってもよし）

Note, since this is an event that requires a lot more preparation, a "No Show" to this event will count as 2 strikes against your attendance record.
追記：こちらのイベントは多くの希望者が予想されます。そのため、参加できないと分かった時点で、RSVPを「NO」に変更してください。

また当日のキャンセルや、RSVPで「YES」を押していながら参加しなかった方は、ストライクが２つ付きます。（３ストライクついた方はTJEXから退会していただかなければなりませんので、ご注意ください。）

3. どこの駅から送迎車に乗りますか？
4. Do you understand if you are a "No Show" to this event, it counts as 2 strikes (Yes or No).
5. 今回のイベントをキャンセルやNO SHOWだった場合は２ストライクが付きます。
   これらを含めて、すべての質問、説明を受け、同意される場合はYESをお願い致します。
