TJEX Beach Day BBQ event

【参加希望者は自動的にWaitingリストに追加されます。当日現金払いか事前にE-transferかをオーガナイザーへメッセージして頂き、確認次第参加予定リストに移動させていただきます。】

イベント開催に際しまして、飲み物や食べ物、その他費用がかかりますので参加費として1人につき10ドル頂きます。

〈参加までの流れ〉

1. イベントにサインアップ
2. Waiting Listにて待機
3. 支払い方法を確認
4. Going Listに移動を確認

・キャンセルポリシー

キャンセルのリクエストは8月14日23時59分まで受け付けます。

また一切の返金を受け付けませんのでご了承下さい。
※悪天候による日程変更、イベント中止時は返金致します。

・軽食とドリンクはこちらにて用意する予定ですが、各自ドリンク、アペタイザー、スナックなど、みんなで何かをシェアしたい場合はぜひご自由にお持ちください。

〈免責事項〉
TJEX及び各オーガナイザーは飲酒を含むイベント中に起きうる事態に一切の責任を負いませんので、ご自身の責任でご参加ください。考えられるリスクとしてアレルギーや食中毒なども含まれますが、これらに限らずいかなる事態にも適用されます。

こちら側でアクティビティ等の道具を用意しますが、各自楽しめるものがあれば自由にお持ち寄り下さい。

例)フリスビー、ビーチボール、カードゲーム等

・詳しい集合場所は決まり次第、こちらのイベントページのコメント欄に随時更新するので改めてご確認ください。

・悪天候により、イベントを延期(または中止)する場合は、当日12時までにオーガナイザーがこちらのページのコメント欄にてご連絡いたしますので、確認をよろしくお願いいたします。また、延期の場合は9月13日の同時間に行う予定ですのでが、詳細は改めてお知らせします。

***This event is only for TJEX members who have participated in language exchange at least twice within the past 6 months. Please join the waitlist and we will confirm your attendance after we review your participation history.

・We will charge 10 dollars per person to cover food, drinks and other expenses. Please read the following instructions.

1. Sign up for the event.
2. Your name appears in the waiting list.
3. Your participation history is reviewed.
4. Send a message to Manami about how you would like to pay for the event.
5. You are moved to “going list”

・Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellation requests by 23:59 on August 14th. You won’t get any refund.
※We accept refund only this event is postponed or cancelled due to bad weather.

・We will prepare some food and drinks, please feel free to bring food or snacks you would like to share with the other members.

Disclaimer: TJEX and the organizers assume no liability during this event. Join at your own risk. Potential risks include but are not limited to allergy, food poisoning etc.

・We will sit on the grass so if you’d prefer, feel free to bring a parasol or blanket. We won't prepare any games so feel free to bring fun stuff such as, frisbee, beach ball or games etc…

・We will let you know the meeting spot later on this page.

・If the weather is bad, we will postpone the event to September 13th. If we have to cancel the event, we will announce this in the comments section of this page by 12:00 PM on the day, so please keep checking our page.
