【ピクニック】Outdoor Language Exchange and Potluck Picnic

🌲🍁これはリバーデール・パークで開催されるTJEX恒例の屋外ポットラック（持ち寄り）・ピクニック・イベントです。このイベントでは、英語の練習をしたり、新しい友人を作ったりして楽しむことができます。参加者の皆様には、シェアできる料理🥗を1品持参していただくか、あるいはTJEXが手配するピザ🍕代として10ドルを負担していただくようお願いいたします。

📢TJEXに初めて参加される日本人の方も歓迎いたします。
📢ウェイティングリストにご登録ください。オーガナイザーのManamiに、どんな料理を持参予定か、もしくは10ドルの支払いをご希望かご連絡下さい。その後、ウェイティングリストから参加リストへ移動させて頂きます。

🌲🍁This is TJEX's annual outdoor potluck/picnic event at Riverdale Park. You can enjoy practicing your Japanese and making new friends at this picnic event. All participants will be required to bring a shareable dish 🥗 for the potluck OR contribute $10 for shared pizza🍕 arrange by TJEX🍁🌲Please message Manami, one of the TJEX organizer, about which option you'd prefer and name of dish you would bring. After that, we'll move you to the going-list.

📢First-time Japanese Participants are Welcomed to join.
📢Canadian Participants must have participated in at least 1 past event in order to join this event.
📢Please join the waitlist and we will confirm your attendance as soon as possible.

⌛RSVP cancel deadline: July 23 (Thursday) 23:59 PM

🗓️The timetable is as follows:
3:45 PM〜　Check-in
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM　Japanese half [or English]
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM　English half [or Japanese]
5:00 PM〜　Picnic, Free time

🧭Direction: The nearest station is Broadview subway station. We will let you know the meeting spot later on this page.

As noted earlier, participants are required to bring food for the potluck.

☔If we have to cancel the outdoor event due to bad weather, we will announce this in the comments section of this page by 12:00 PM on the day, so please keep checking our page.

🧭アクセス：最寄り駅は地下鉄Broadview（ブロードビュー）駅です。集合場所については、後ほどこのページでお知らせします。

・前述の通り、参加者の皆様には持ち寄り（ポットラック）用の食べ物をご持参いただく必要があります。
