** BISHAN RIVER SUNSET STROLL to PEIRCE RESERVOIR! **

Hey members, for all who are looking for a relaxing weekend stroll, away from the shopping crowd, here's a lovely scenic nature walk/ hike for you!

It's our 'Smell the Roses' WALK & Get-Together for you to meet like-minded Travel & hiking friends.

Yes, it's time to 'smell the roses'. With the recent cool weather, nature is thriving. So continuing our Parks & Nature Flora & Fauna trails, this time round let's do a nice evening sunset walk/ hike from the meandering Bishan Park/River > Ang Mo Kio 2 Parks > Peirce Reservoir Board-Walks ending at the Old Sembawang Hills Food Centre for some local delicacies and Makan Time with your Travel & Hiking Kakis.

This leisure hike will take us through some nice water-lily ponds, fruit trees & gardens, rivers, streams, hanging willow trees as well as some picturesque bridges before we walk under the shaded canopy of trees at Peirce Reservoir.

If you find the route too long for you, at anytime you may exit at either Marymount Road, Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 or at Upper Thomson Road. There will be 3 water re-fueling stations along the route.
