Motto des Tages: „Ich lüge nie – ehrlich!"

Worte kannst du wählen. Deine Körpersprache nicht. Verschränkte Arme, ein weichender Blick, ein unruhiger Stand: Dein Publikum liest all das, lange bevor der erste Satz gefallen ist. Und wenn Worte und Körper auseinanderlaufen, glaubt es dem Körper.

Am Sonntag steht deshalb eine Rede im Mittelpunkt, die genau daran arbeitet: den Inhalt durch Körpersprache und Gestik verstärken. Du erlebst live, wie eine Botschaft wirkt, wenn beides dasselbe sagt. Anschließend gibt es strukturiertes, wertschätzendes Feedback, von dem alle im Raum lernen, nicht nur die Person, die geredet hat.

Was dich erwartet:

• Eine vorbereitete Rede zum Thema Körpersprache (5 bis 7 Minuten)
• Stegreifreden: kurze spontane Antworten auf überraschende Fragen, ganz ohne Vorbereitung
• Wertschätzendes Feedback zu jeder Rede
• Eine klar strukturierte Stunde, pünktlich um 12:00 Uhr vorbei

Für wen ist das?
Für alle, die sicherer vor Menschen reden wollen: im Job, im Ehrenamt, bei der nächsten Familienfeier. Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse. Als Gast schaust du einfach zu, und wenn du magst, machst du bei den Stegreifreden mit. Der Gastbesuch ist kostenlos und unverbindlich.

DACHmasters ist der erste deutschsprachige Online-Club von Toastmasters International. Seit 2020 treffen wir uns jeden zweiten und vierten Sonntag mit deutschsprechenden Menschen aus der ganzen Welt.

Have you ever been asked an unexpected question and suddenly your mind went
blank?

You know you should answer, but nothing comes to mind and the pressure rises.

These moments happen everywhere: in meetings, conversations, interviews,
presentations or networking situations. And often, they are exactly the moments when
we would most like to appear confident and composed.

This practical workshop is about becoming more comfortable in those situations. You
will practise responding to unexpected questions, finding your words and expressing
yourself with more confidence, even when you have no time to prepare.

We will use real questions, spontaneous answers and plenty of practice rather than
theory alone.

more confident the next time someone puts you on the spot.
