"Why join RLL Toastmasters?"
Our club has a good mix of seasoned and new members, and everyone is extremely encouraging & supportive! The experienced Toastmasters add an element of stability & guidance, while our newer members always bring the energy. The result is a welcoming group of wonderful people, all trying to improve their speaking abilities :) We meet weekly on Tuesdays during lunch (regular meetings are always accessible virtual, so it's super accessible!)."What should I expect?"
During a regular 1-hour meeting, members & guests participate by completing prepared speeches, partaking in impromptu speaking (called "Table Topics"!), and give (kind) evaluations!Guests are always welcome to visit!
This special meeting is in person in downtown Toronto (spots are limited), or virtual on Webex (platform used by RBC) - so you can easily join the meeting online. Please contacts us at contact-3648173@toastmastersclubs.org to RSVP and reserve a spot or to access the link. See you there!
