Toastmasters of Portland - Moser Chapter is pleased to have Matthew Douglass as a guest speaker in person!

In May he won the District 7 International Speech Contest.

Recently, he was chosen to advance to the semi-finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking in Philadelphia later this year.
