Priyanka Gangishetty, Senior Azure Customer Engineer & People Leader at Microsoft
Priyanka is currently in a Leadership Role at Microsoft delivering World Class Customer Experience to Azure Customers.
Along with being passionate about Technology, Priyanka is a strong advocate for Women in Tech. Coming from a small town in rural India, she has walked a long and hard path to make a name for herself in the Tech World. She leads several initiatives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in Microsoft and also a big part of the Women in tech community in London. She is a UK STEM Ambassador, member of the All-Party Parliamentary Groups for D&I in STEM fields in UK and a voice for under represented communities in Tech and Beyond.
Michael Pierce, VP of Sales at Toqio
Michael Pierce is a results-driven leader with an extensive professional journey that has spanned international boundaries, taking him from his native city of Boston to his adopted home in Berlin. He has helped create over fifty innovative fintech solutions throughout Europe and the USA, focusing on digital transformation, launching new products, and expanding corporate footprints. Michael was a member of the founding commercial team at Mambu, where he played a critical role in the company’s initial commercial expansion. There, he developed key partnerships, created a robust commercial strategy to overcome the regulatory hurdles associated with a fintech platform, and was a key figure in the company’s expansion into the Nordic market. In his current role as Vice President of Sales at Toqio, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales strategy and driving revenue growth.
Akua Opong, Senior Associate at LSEG
Akua is an experienced Chartered IT professional having worked in financial services, currently at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group).
Outside of her main role, Akua is a keen diversity and inclusion advocate, a mental health champion, Community Action Lead for the UK Charity Committee, LSEG’s UK Accessibility Lead, and Community Lead for both Women’s Inspired Network and WIN Tech Network.
She is passionate about raising the profile of women in STEM, as a Cajigo Mentor and STEM Ambassador. Akua is a neurodiversity advocate (self-identifies as Dyslexic and has ADHD), an avid fundraiser, plus a charity volunteer and a keen sports volunteer for Netball England and British Athletics. Career highlights include being featured in Investment Week, Forbes, various guest blogs and the Voices in the Shadows book, volume 1.
Dominic Offer, ESG Manager @Santa Fe Relocation
Currently serving as the ESG Manager for Santa Fe Relocation, Dominic has worked to support his current employer and other companies in the mobility industry with designing and implementing their sustainability strategy. Dominic also provides guidance to The Association for Greener Mobility which is a group of associations trying to support the mobility industry towards a more sustainable future. He is an advocate for positive conversations around mental health, as he is trained by Workplace Mental Health Charter UK, speaking at events on both sustainability and mental health as part of his role.
