What we’re about
This is the community we wished existed.
So we built it.
Together in tech was born from the desire to create a tech community that looks like the world we want to live in — diverse and hopeful and empathetic and kind. It’s all about giving people a place to connect. With themselves. With each other. With their dreams and hopes and everything — everything — they need to create the lives/careers/businesses/world of their dreams.
We host workshops, meetups, talks and occasional dance parties — all to help you find your way through the muddle that is life and work. Things like: asking for what you deserve (in a way that helps you get it), finding meaning in your work, finding the motivation to actually do the work, handling conflict with grace, and trying to find a sense of work/life balance (as if work and life were two different things).
Basically, all the questions and answers you need to find your way through life and work— with confidence, and the support you need to make it feel doable (and maybe even fun).
