Please join us for the second event in New York City as part of the Token Engineering global meetup group at the Distributed Global offices in Manhattan (16 Vestry Street, New York, NY 10013). Tonight's focus will be on "How to Token Engineer", with topics that are highly relevant to everyone building decentralized products.

About the speakers

Andrea (Andy) designs innovative products, services, and experiences, through the lens of play. For 7 years, she has used traditional storytelling and game design thinking to create new strategic opportunities for businesses and social movements. She is currently the Senior Design Strategist at the Cryptosystems Productization Lab, a ConsenSys venture with the mission to move beyond theory and discover the limits and real properties of novel cryptosystems by observing them in production, and using that data to improve them through design and engineering.

Slava is a full-stack developer with a background in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is the founder of Relevant — a company developing decentralized reputation and content-curation protocols. Previously Slava co-founded 4Real, a digital agency and art collective whose clients include Google, Comcast and Clinton Foundation. Slava was born in Moscow and currently lives in New York.

The goal of Token Engineering NYC is to foster a community and an ecosystem for individuals working on token models, protocols, crypto-economics, governance, and security. It will also provide an opportunity to collaborate, deep-dive and contribute to the ever-growing Token Engineering knowledge base.

This meetup is not a place for promoting ICOs or cryptocurrency investment tactics. Presenters are only allowed to speak on the underlying model and protocol of their cryptocurrency or token and a callout if they are looking for tech talent.
