Want to spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon doing something creative and meeting some lovely women in Tokyo?
Welcome to the first edition of Her Creative Picnic — a new women-only series where every event will feature a different creative activity, while keeping the same spirit:
Make something. Share something. Meet someone.
For our first gathering, we'll be making handmade beaded bracelets together. ✨
You don't need any previous experience. We'll have plenty of beads, charms, colors, and materials for you to choose from, so you can create something completely your own.
There is no right or wrong design. Pick the colors you love, mix different beads, experiment, and make something that feels like you.
While we're creating, we'll also have time to chat, enjoy some tea and snacks, and simply spend a relaxed afternoon together in the park.

All crafting materials will be provided, so you don't need to prepare anything in advance.

## 🌸 No Crafting Experience Needed

Never made jewelry before?
Perfect.
This is not a professional workshop, and you don't need to be particularly artistic or creative.
We'll figure it out together and help each other along the way.
The goal isn't to make a perfect bracelet.
It's to spend a lovely afternoon making something with your own hands and enjoying the people around you.

• Picnic sheets
• Tea
• All bracelet-making materials and tools
You are also welcome to bring your own favorite drink or a small snack to share, but this is completely optional.
Feel free to simply come as you are. 🤍

## 💕 A Little More Than a Craft Workshop

Her Creative Picnic isn't intended to be a traditional workshop where everyone sits quietly and follows instructions.
We'll leave plenty of time for conversations, getting to know each other, and enjoying the afternoon.
You can come alone.
You can come with a friend.
You can spend the afternoon chatting, quietly making your bracelet, or doing a little of both.
There is no pressure to participate in every conversation or activity.

This is the first edition of Her Creative Picnic, and each event will have a different creative activity.
One time we might make bracelets.
Next time, we might paint.
Another time, we might make flower arrangements, postcards, collages, or something completely different.
The activity will change. The feeling stays the same.

## 📍 Meeting Point

In front of Yoyogi Park – Harajuku Gate (原宿門)
📍 Yoyogi Park, Harajuku Gate
Please meet in front of the Harajuku Gate (原宿門) at 2:30 PM.
I'll be there a little before the event starts, so please look for the Tokyo Connections & Explorations meetup.
If you're coming by train, Harajuku Station is the most convenient station.
Please arrive on time so we can settle in and walk to our picnic spot together.

3:00 PM — Beads & bracelet making 🧵
3:45 PM — Tea & conversation ☕
4:00 PM — Continue crafting / free time
4:20 PM — Share our creations & group photos 📸
4:30 PM — Official end of the event
Feel free to stay around the park or continue chatting afterwards if you'd like.

## 💴 Participation Fee

### ¥2,000 per person

Your participation fee includes:
• All bracelet-making materials
• Beads & Crafting tools
• Picnic setup
• Tea
• Event organization
Payment can be made by cash or PayPay at the meeting point.

Everything needed for the activity will be prepared.

This is a women-only gathering designed to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for women to meet, talk, create, and spend time together.
You don't need to know anyone beforehand.
Coming alone is absolutely welcome. 🌷

As this is an outdoor picnic, the event may be postponed in case of rain or unsuitable weather.
If the event needs to be postponed, participants will be notified in advance.
