About us
We start in March! 🌱
Slow Move Club is a movement & dance-based meetup designed for moving our bodies, strengthening, stretching, and meeting new people in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere 🤍
Our sessions begin with an open-level contemporary dance class (no previous experience needed 💫), followed by stretching and body-forming practice inspired by Pilates principles.
The perfect way to start your weekend: Saturday morning movement + coffee together at a nearby coffee roastery ☕️🧘♀️
Later on, we plan to organize running sessions in Yoyogi Park 🏃♀️— both slow-paced runs for beginners and relaxed runners, as well as faster runs for those who want more intensity. We would also love to introduce early-morning weekday fitness sessions 🏋️♀️and casual gatherings connecting the international and Japanese community.
Classes are held in English 🇬🇧 — no specific language level needed. Everyone is welcome 🤝
