Event Details:
Kick off the weekend with a relaxed darts night and social gathering.
We’ll meet for an easygoing evening where darts gives everyone a reason to interact, laugh a bit, and enjoy the atmosphere together. Some people will focus on the scoreboard, others will just enjoy the occasional throw between conversations — both approaches fit perfectly here.

Rather than structured competition, the night flows naturally. Small groups form around the dartboards, games start and restart, and people drift between chatting, watching, and taking their turn.
It’s a casual environment where conversations start easily and the energy builds throughout the evening.

Whether you’re competitive or just here for the social side of things, darts is a great way to break the ice and keep the night moving.

Event Details:
Join the Tokyo Expat Social Club for a relaxed Creative Social afternoon at Impact Hub.
Instead of a traditional workshop, this event is designed as an open creative space where people can make small pieces of art while chatting and meeting new people.

Several simple creative stations will be available, including watercolor postcards, collage materials, and small craft projects. You’re free to move between activities or simply focus on the one you enjoy most.

We’ll also create a community canvas together during the event. Anyone can add a small drawing, shape, or color to the canvas, gradually building a shared artwork over the afternoon.
You don’t need any artistic experience. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s simply to relax, create something small, and enjoy the social atmosphere.

Sometimes making things with your hands is one of the easiest ways to slow down and connect with others.

Event Details:
Late spring evenings are a good time to be outside — a bit cooler, a bit slower, and easier to move around without rushing.
We’ll be on the sand at Omori Furusato no Hamabe Park for a relaxed beach volleyball session.

The games rotate naturally, with people moving in and out, playing a few rounds and then stepping back to talk or rest.
Some people will focus on the game, others will treat it more casually — both tend to work well here. The pace stays light, and the atmosphere is more about shared energy than competition. Whether it’s your first time or something you’ve done before, it’s easy to step into.

Evening picnics at Shiba Park have a special rhythm. Some people arrive straight from work, others come to catch up with friends, and small groups naturally form across the picnic sheets as conversations flow. The park stays lively but calm in the evening, with the tower lighting up above the trees and the air cooling down after the day.
