We’ll gather in Hibiya Park during the late afternoon, when the weather is mild and the light is soft. The pace is easy and unstructured: sit on picnic sheets, chat in small groups, wander a little, and enjoy being outside together. There’s no agenda and no pressure — just time to talk, laugh, and connect naturally.
This picnic is ideal for expats, locals, and travelers who enjoy low-key social events. Many people join solo, and the open setting makes it easy to drift between conversations and meet others at your own pace.
