Join us for a one-day hiking trip to Mt. Takao , one of Tokyo’s most beloved mountains, famous for its accessibility, scenic views, and vibrant autumn colors.
This event is all about nature, culture, and connection. We’ll take a relaxed hike (no rush, no pressure!) and enjoy the changing leaves, fresh mountain air, and casual conversations with new friends from around the world. Whether you’re new to Japan, just visiting, or have been living here for years, this is a great opportunity to connect with people in an easygoing outdoor setting.

📅 Date: Tuesday, September 22 (Public holiday)
🕐 Meeting Time: 10:00 AM
(We’ll wait until 10:20 AM, then depart on time)

Duration: approx. 4–5 hours (including rest stops & sightseeing)
Route: beginner-friendly hiking trails, with plenty of spots to pause for photos and snacks
Highlights: mountain temples, autumn leaves, fresh air, and panoramic views of Tokyo from the summit 🌄

• 10:00–10:20 : meet in JR Shinjuku Station(South exit)
• 11:25–11:35 : meet in Takaosanguchi Station
• 11:35–13:30 : Climbing through Route No. 6
• 13:30–14:00 : Relax at the summit & share snacks
• 14:00–16:00 : Descend via Route No. 1
• 16:00 : Disband at Takaosanguchi Station
