This is a special joint event between Setagaya and Kawasaki, with fireworks launching from both sides of the river – making it a spectacular show you won’t want to miss. This year’s theme, “Soaring – A New Flight Across the Night Sky,” promises to be uplifting and breathtaking.

Tired of the city noise? Feeling stuck at home with nowhere to go?
Let’s escape the concrete jungle — just for a few hours.
This is not just a flower walk. It’s a chance to meet new people, share a relaxed afternoon, and enjoy autumn together.
We’ll wander through golden cosmos fields, hunt for secret photo spots, and breathe in the scent of osmanthus. No pressure, no awkwardness — just good company, fresh air, and beautiful scenery.
The park is filled with the colors of autumn. At Hana-no-Oka, around 4 million bright yellow cosmos 'Lemon Bright' stretch across the hill like a golden carpet. A short walk away, the Harappa West Flower Field offers a softer scene, with 200,000 pink, white, and red classic cosmos 'Sensation' swaying in the breeze.
If you love variety, the Harappa South Flower Field is a mixed bouquet garden, featuring about 20 different flower varieties — including bright celosia and cheerful portulaca. Near Herb Hill, you'll find 2,800 fluffy summer cypress (Kochia) , which begin to turn from green to deep red in early October.
Beyond the fields, you'll also find bright red spider lilies blooming in late September, and the sweet fragrance of osmanthus (sweet olive) — especially near Restroom No. 11 in early October. Around the No. 11 intersection, gorgeous dahlias add another layer of color, while marigolds, periwinkles, and other autumn bedding plants brighten the pathways.
