Triratna Tokyo has the goal of expressing the traditional principles of Mindfulness in the modern world.
We will teach you the basics of meditation. The two main practices we teach are the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. These practices focus on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion and insight into our human potential.
The classes are suitable for everyone.
There will be a led meditation with an introduction to posture.
No need to bring anything. An open mind and curiosity is enough!
We are also online every Monday night at 8pm - in English.

Join Aryapala for practical meditation workshops conducted in English with Japanese translation, held over four Saturdays in June at Kabukichō, Shinjuku City, Tokyo.
In these workshops, you'll embark on a four-week journey where you'll learn two classic meditation techniques and receive tips on maintaining a comfortable posture.
During each session's second half, Aryapala will offer insights to help you seamlessly integrate meditation into your daily routine.
All you need to bring is an open mind and curiosity—no prior experience necessary!
Saturdays 8th, 15th and 22nd June 2024. 11:00am ~ 12:30pm.
