What we’re about

Triratna Tokyo is part of the Triratna Buddhist Community, an international movement that has the goal of expressing the ancient principles of Buddhism in the ultra-modern world!

We will teach you the basics of meditation and the two main practices we teach are the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. These practices focus on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion and insight into our human potential.

The classes are suitable for everyone.

There will be a led meditation with an introduction to posture.

No need to bring anything. An open mind and curiosity is enough!

We are also online every Monday night at 8pm - in English.
