Shimokitazawa Fitness: Studio, Park & City Runs

A fitness group focused on three main activities: functional training at our studio, outdoor park workouts, and city running tours.

What we do:

Studio Workouts: Functional training and exercise sessions at our underground studio in Ikenoue.

Park Training: Sprints, outdoor workouts, yoga, and meditation in local parks.

City Runs: Organized running tours exploring various neighborhoods and city routes.

Locations:

Underground Studio: Ikenoue (Setagaya).

Outdoor: Local parks and city streets.

Who can join:
Open to anyone who wants to run and train. All fitness levels are welcome. Our focus is purely on the workout and the movement.
