What We Do:
Sake Tasting Events: Join us for regular sake tasting sessions at some of Tokyo's finest bars and izakayas known for their extensive sake selections. Experience a variety of sake types, from the delicate and fruity to the rich and umami-packed, guided by knowledgeable staff and guest speakers.
Brewery Tours: Venture beyond the bar and into the heart of sake brewing. We organize trips to local breweries where you can see the brewing process up close, meet the brewers, and taste the sake fresh from the source.
Educational Workshops: Learn the ins and outs of sake, including how to read sake labels, the differences between sake types, and the art of pairing sake with food. Our workshops are designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their knowledge.
