Welcome,
Stress (dictionary term):
A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.
Or as I like to put it:
Stress is what happens when something we value is threatened (time, money, relationships, self-worth, etc).
I took over this group to teach how you can reduce stress and increase psychological wellbeing.
Using proven methods, education, understanding, and of course hypnosis (to learn where the root of our stress and anxiety lie), or simply by changing the way you think about stress, you can turn stress from a detractor to a motivator.

• Where our issues, (ie. confidence and self-esteem, anxiety, anger, sleep issues and more) come from, through hypnosis.
• Self-hypnosis
• The difference between conscious and unconscious thought.
• Mindfulness meditation

• Hacks to quickly reduce stress
