We are an international-friendly community bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
Our activities take place around Tokyo’s most iconic areas—
Imperial Palace, Yoyogi Park (Shibuya), Shinjuku, and central Chiyoda.

私たちは、運動 × 国際交流 × ウェルネス をテーマにした

活動場所は、
皇居周辺・渋谷（代々木公園）・新宿・千代田区エリア。
内容はとてもシンプルでオープン：

Join us for a relaxed morning walk from　Kichijoji Harmonica Alley and Inokashira Park.🌿

We’ll step away from the lively streets and walk at a comfortable pace along quiet park paths and local streets.

This is not a tour guide or a language class —
the purpose is simply to walk together.

Feel the atmosphere of the surroundings and allow natural conversations to unfold as we move.

Our destination will be Inokashira Park.
Coffee always tastes better after a good walk.

This event welcomes expats, locals, travelers, and anyone who enjoys gentle, meaningful connection.

Many people join solo, and the atmosphere makes it easy for conversations to begin naturally.

Along the way, we’ll stop by several vintage shops for some relaxed window shopping — and feel free to pick up something if you find something you like. 👖

吉祥寺からハーモニカ横丁、井の頭公園をゆったり歩く、モーニングウォークを開催します。
にぎやかな街並みを少し抜けて、公園の小道やローカルな通りの中を心地よいペースで歩きます。
目的は観光でも英会話でもなく、「一緒に歩くこと」。

その場の空気を感じながら、自然な会話が生まれる時間を楽しみましょう。
最後は井の頭公園を目指します。
歩いたあとのコーヒーはきっと格別です。☕

このイベントは、在住外国人、日本人、旅行者など、
ゆるやかな交流を楽しみたいすべての方を歓迎します。
一人参加の方も多く、はじめましてでも自然と会話が始まる雰囲気です。

途中には古着屋がたくさんあるので、みんなでゆったりウィンドウショッピングを楽しみましょう。気に入ったものがあれば、その場で購入してもOKです。👖

Join us for a relaxed morning walk from Kawasaki from Kawasaki Station to Fujimi Park, then back toward the station where we’ll finish near a local Peruvian restaurant.

We’ll step away from the lively streets and walk at a comfortable pace along open city paths and park spaces.

This is not a tour guide or a language class —
the purpose is simply to walk together.

Feel the atmosphere of the surroundings and allow natural conversations to unfold as we move.

Our destination will be Peruvian food.
Coffee always tastes better after a good walk.
