Join us for some fun times and making new friends. We usually only organise small groups, because as an organiser I want to enjoy the events with you.

Anyone can join. Just be friendly, with the aim of making new friends.
One thing we do require is that you have a proper Meetup profile name. Please use your GIVEN NAME + your FAMILY NAME, or your GIVEN NAME + your FAMILY NAME INITIAL. We will allow you at least 30 minutes after joining to update it.
Why is it necessary? This helps event organisers identify you a little more easily. Thank you for understanding.

I will presume you wish to order the Turkey dinner. If you wish to order a vegetarian meal please inform me before 7pm on 25th November.
Including:
- Caesar salad
- Smoked roast turkey with gravy & cranberry sauce, sage stuffing, garlic mash, candied carrots, roasted broccoli, mac & cheese, corn bread
- Pumpkin pie
- Glass of sparkling wine
We will meet at Hobgoblin Roppongi. Please kindly ensure you arrive punctually (BEFORE 7.10pm).

Event fee:
¥750 plus the meal fee of ¥7000 to be paid in advance. (PayPay, or cash at an earlier event). Your seat is not guaranteed until your payment is received
If you don't have PayPay, please ask a friend or coworker to do the transaction for you (give them cash!).
Cancellation policy:
- Full refund given if cancellation is notified BY LINE MESSAGE at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- 50% refund given if cancellation is notified BY LINE MESSAGE 24-48 hours before the event start time.

After the event, you may submit a review/evaluation. Please kindly rate appropriately as a low evaluation has an impact on the group. Things you should clearly understand in advance:
- Evaluations should be based upon the organisation of this event, not the quality of your meal nor your experience with other participants.
- We request participants arrive EARLY. Being late causes problems for restaurants.
- The number of participants is not guaranteed. However we will not have large groups.
- The event finish time might be earlier or later than advertised.
How to calculate your review appropriately:

Let’s have some fun making new friends while playing indoor sports in SHIBUYA.
Participation fee is ¥500 per person, and other costs will be shared.
We will play billiards for 90 minutes, and maybe darts afterwards if there is enough interest from participants.
Since the drink bar requires everybody or nobody to purchase, we won't. You can bring your own soft drinks, or buy something from one of the many vending machines.

We have a large selection of games, however please bring your own games if you prefer. If you are bringing a game, please make sure you message me on LINE in advance to tell me what you are going to bring. If neither myself or another participant is going to bring it, then you can JOIN FOR FREE and I will definitely ensure YOUR GAME WILL BE PLAYED.
