Schedule:

- Please arrive BEFORE 7.35pm for name registration and payment.

- Official start time: 7.40pm.

We will start early if a few participants are ready.

If you are going to be late, please ensure you let us know your expected arrival time.

The event fee for the language exchange is ¥1000.

Why is the event fee not ¥750?
- We now need to cover the costs to rent rooms. You save money by not paying ¥500+ for a cafe drink. You can bring your own from a vending machine or convenience store. but please make sure you take all of your garbage home with you. You will also get 15 minutes extra conversation time, compared to our previous events in Jimbocho,

Cancellation policy: Please refrain from cancellation within 3 hours of the event start time or no-showing. This is a group rule.
Late cancellation or no-showing with subsequent non-payment via PayPay within 24 hours may result in your removal from the group.

After the event, you may submit a review/evaluation. Please kindly rate appropriately as a low evaluation has an impact on the group. Things you should clearly understand in advance:

1. This event succeeds based upon the attendees (including you), not the organiser. The organiser simply co-ordinates the event. If you have an issue with another attendee, please inform the organiser. However, this is a personal matter and not one which should affect your review of the event.
2. Other participants might be weaker than you in the language you are practicing. Please understand that you were once not so good, and that you might need to be like a teacher to them if necessary rather than a conversation partner.
3. You will usually have four sessions of 25-30 minutes, and you will be in a group of just two or three people. We don't have large group sessions.
4. The organiser will announce the language for you to practice. Please only change language in order to help explain something and then return to the language assigned for practice.
5. The number of participants is not guaranteed. However, we will not have large groups.

How to calculate your review appropriately:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 stars) = The event was generally ok, but there were a few things that you weren't happy with (please provide further details).

⭐️⭐️ (2 stars) = The event was poor (please provide further details).
