Join us for some fun times and making new friends. We usually only organise small groups, because as an organiser I want to enjoy the events with you.

Anyone can join. Just be friendly, with the aim of making new friends.
One thing we do require is that you have a proper Meetup profile name. Please use your GIVEN NAME + your FAMILY NAME, or your GIVEN NAME + your FAMILY NAME INITIAL. We will allow you at least 30 minutes after joining to update it.
Why is it necessary? This helps event organisers identify you a little more easily. Thank you for understanding.

You can enter and leave when you wish. However, please refrain from no-showing or late cancellation (within 3 hours before the event commences).
If you are going to arrive late, please make sure you let me know via LINE message (see below). This is so we can try and reduce your waiting time to commence playing.
Please note that we don't organise oversized events. The maximum capacity, depending on the event/location, will be 15-20 participants. If you are expecting larger groups, please look elsewhere on Meetup.
We have a large selection of games, however please bring your own games if you prefer. If you are bringing a game, I will definitely ensure YOUR GAME WILL BE PLAYED.
When joining an event for the first time, please contact Mark using the LINE application.

Why is the event fee not ¥500?
- We now need to cover the costs to rent rooms. You save money by not paying ¥500+ for a cafe drink. You can bring your own from a vending machine or convenience store. but please make sure you take all of your garbage home with you.There will be a language exchange event prior to the games event. You can join both events for a total fee of ¥1500. (Discount ¥250).

To join this event please see below and send me a message on LINE. Without this, you will not find out our meeting point. EVERYONE needs to do this EVERY TIME, including those who have participated with me previously.
Let’s have some fun making new friends while playing indoor sports in SHIBUYA.
The expected total cost is between ¥2750-¥3250 including the event organisation fee.
We will play billiards for 90 minutes, and an hour of table tennis afterwards. We will decide the order of play at the beginning of the event.
Since the drink bar requires everybody or nobody to purchase, we won't. You can bring your own soft drinks, or buy something from one of the many vending machines.

- Cancellation within 3 hours of the event start time or no-showing requires payment of the event organisation fee via PayPay within 24 hours. If you don’t use PayPay then find a friend or coworker to do it for you.
