Camping and Hiking to Mt. Mizugaki（瑞牆山ハイキング・キャンピング）

Mt. Mizugaki(瑞牆山:2,230m) is a beautiful rocky mountain and one of the 100 famous mountains in Japan. We will each stay in a tent at a campsite* near the mountain and cook our own meals. So, don't forget to bring your own tent, food and cooking equipment etc.
This hike is suitable for moderate hikers and the pace will be a moderate, average 2.0km/h throughout the course. Please make sure that you participate in this hike at your own risk. In the case of heavy rain or bat conditions, it may be cancelled.

JR Nirasaki Station(JR韮崎駅) 11:00 -(Bus) - 12:19 Mizugaki Hut(瑞牆山荘) -- 13:30 Fujimidaira Hut Campsite(富士見平小屋キャンプ場) .. Pitching a tent, free time, dinner, etc.
<2nd day>
6:00 getting up, breakfast.. Campsite 7:00 -- 9:00 Mt. Mizugaki
9:30 -- 11:00 Campsite, striking tent, Lunch 14:00 -- 15:00 瑞牆山荘 15:20 -(Bus)- 16:40 JR Nirasaki Station(JR韮崎駅)

3. Meeting Time & Place
10:50am* at the ticket gate of JR Nirasaki Station(JR韮崎駅改札口)
*Our bus departs at 11:00am. Don't be late!!
4. Cloths and Belongings
Hiking shoes, rain gear, gloves, hat/cap, headlamp/flashlight, sunglasses, sunblock, 1.5L water, lunch/snacks, poles if you use them, map, first-aid kit, etc.

Tent, mattress, sleeping bag, small backpack, portable tableware, cooker set, stove & gas, water bag, lantern, portable chair, insect repellent, etc.
(Foods for camping)
Foods for breakfast on the 2nd, for lunch on the 2nd day, and for dinner on the 1st day. Your favorite snacks and drinks
5. Participation Cost
_Campsite fee : 2,000yen/night
_Bus fare : 2,300yen x 2 = 4,600yen
_As the maintenance cost of Meetup.com : 500yen
6. Notes
_Anyone is welcome, regardless of age.
_Be sure to update your RSVP when changing your attendance.
_Do Not use bear bells, since it sounds like noise for some people.
_ The campsite doesn't need to be reserved in advance. There are water supply and toilets in the campsite.
_I'll ask the participants for their full name, address, age, emergency contact information, etc. in order to submit the hiking registration card later.
_I recommend to take out insurance for hiking. Rescue cost will be covered. See below FYI.
