Hiking around Kamakura：鎌倉周辺ハイキング

Walk through the hills around the ancient city of Kamakura, visiting some historic shrines, temples and sites. This hike is for beginner hikers. Please make sure that you participate in this hike at your own risk. In the case of rain or bad conditions, it may be canceled.
1. Hiking Course
Gokurakuji Station(極楽寺駅) 9:30 -- Gokurakuji Temple(極楽寺) 9:50 --
Genjiyama(源氏山) 11:00 -- Hansobo(半僧坊) 12:00 -- Mt. Ohira(大平山) 12:40 -- Kamakuragu(鎌倉宮) 13:40 -- Tsuruoka Hachimangu Shrine(鶴岡八幡宮) 14:20 -- 14:40 Kamakura Station(鎌倉駅)
2. Hiking Distance & Time
Walking distance : 13.0km
Elevation distance(up/down) : 380m/400m
Walking time : Approximately 5.0hours
3. Meeting Time and Place
9:30am at the ticket gate of Gokurakuji Station(極楽寺駅改札) on Enoshina Electric Railway(江ノ島電鉄)
4. Cloths and Belongings
hiking shoes, rain gear, gloves, hat/cap, headlamp/flashlight, sunglasses, sunblock, lunch/snack, 1.0L water, poles if you use them, map, first-aid kit, etc.
5. Participation Fee
As the maintenance cost of meetup.com : 500yen
6. Notes
_Anyone is welcome, regardless of age
_Be sure to update your RSVP when changing your attendance
_Do Not use bear bells, since it sounds like noise for some people
_If this event is cancelled, it will be posted on the message board by noon the day before.
