Watarase Retarding Basin Walking:渡良瀬遊水地ウォーキング
Details
Watarase Retarding Basin (Watarase-yusuichi) is Japan's largest flood-control and water-storage detention basin, located roughly 60–70 km north of Tokyo where Tochigi, Ibaraki, Gunma, and Saitama prefectures meet. (from Wikipedia, etc) I'd like to walk around this basin while watching for wild birds and other wildlife. In case of rain or bad conditions, it may be canceled.
